Sólo venimos a soñar
(triptych)

Life and consciousness create the reality around us. Dreaming is an out-of-body experience; it is the world behind my world. Many religions began as a dream or nightmare. One of the most mysterious faculties of the human mind: to know that we're dreaming.

This work is the transmutation from two projects that I originally called: "Falling" and "Like a tree"; what both shares reflect some-how in the following poem:

We only rise from sleep,
we come only to dream,
it is not true; it is not true,
that we come on earth to live.
As an herb in springtime,
so is our nature.
Our hearts give birth,
make sprout the flowers of our flesh.
Some open their corollas,
then they become dry.
